I have shopped at Earth Fare in other states while on the road for work and was very pleased with the experiences. So, when I heard a location was opening in Christenbury, I was really looking forward to shopping there. Let me just say, this Concord location is outstanding (and not just because it's about a ten minute drive from my house). I've found the associates in other locations to be knowledgeable about their products, however I think the people here are absolutely outstanding. Now, I tend to get a little peeved when I ask a retail associate about a product and get the thousand yard stare. I mean, really, if you are going to work somewhere - particularly a specialty store - you've got to know just a little something about some of the products. I have asked people questions, ranging from the healthcare aisle to the deli and have never received bad advice. And I am not typically a fan of asking directions or for information - because of the experiences previously noted. In fact, the first two times I asked a question, I only asked after the associate approached me to ask I was looking for something specific. Well, I received great suggestions both times,so that made me slightly more willing to seek out advice. I could go on, however hopefully I've conveyed the point. The people at the Christenbury Earth Fare are knowledgeable, friendly and willing to provide a great shopping experience! (So why not 5 stars? I gotta admit, the hot food bar can use a little attention. The food is good, however sometimes the vegetable offerings get dry looking and unappetizing)
