Be careful using Fidelity National Title Agency. I have just bought five condos in Las Vegas using different title companies, so have a good basis for comparison. Fidelity National tacked on $1000 of extra fees, compared to other competitors. For example, they inserted their own "Home Warranty Premium to Fidelity National Home Warranty" for $480 without asking. And on top of that they added $540 additional Title Charges that were not assessed by their competitors HUD-1:

Very disappointing.
