This is one of the worst businesses I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I have been trying to get gas turned on in my house for 6 days and have still yet to have success. "Please be available from 7am-7pm on a weekday but we do not know when the technician will be there..." Okay cool let me take PTO from work so I can sit on the couch and wait for this 12 hour window for one of your technicians to spend 3 minutes in my house. I refuse to believe they can't have SOME KIND of structured schedule. Maybe that's why it takes a week to receive service, your technicians are out driving around town doing who knows what. I'm thinking about quitting my job to be a Southwest Gas technician so I can drive around in the company truck all day and spend 14 minutes doing actual work. It pains me that I am going to have to pay these scam artists for the next year or so just so I can shower and use my stove.
