I'm hoping that Pixy Cakes will improve the quality of the cupcakes since there seems to be a lot of potential with this store. The staff was very nice and the store was cute. We went there yesterday hoping to try the variety of cupcakes they have listed on their site, but found out that only certain cupcakes were available on certain days so that was disappointing.
The Mexican chocolate and salted caramel was good and highly recommended.I was disappointed when I tried the red velvet, which is my favorite, and the icing seems to be missing sugar. It was very bland and wasn't sweet. The cake itself also was dry and was missing flavor. The carrot cake was also the same.
I will give Pixy Cakes another try, but I hope they listen to the customers to improve their business.
