Spent over $100 for my order and it didn't make it to my recipient on Valentine's Day at the office. Very disappointed with their service. No one picks up the phone and when it goes through, I am put on hold. I wanted to inform them that the office will be closed if they can't make it out. I was definitely not covered as they promised and my wife missed out on a special surprise experience for Valentine's Day. The experience and the service is what makes this type of business worthy. Unfortunately, they weren't able to meet expectations. Not happy at all. I really wish I didn't put my order in - didn't feel like I got my money's worth. Edit: It ended up being delivered to our house later in the evening. Edit #2: I admire the owner for taking his time to write back. It's the little things like this that shows how much the company cares about their customer after a terrible experience. Basil reached out to me directly and offered his sincere apology and explanation - I truly respect that. Congrats to the business and all the team for a successful run for a very busy holiday. Honestly, I am still doubtful about ordering a delivery again in the future though because of what happened. But maybe I'll stop by if I get the chance out of respect for the owner.
