This excellent chain of bakeries is one of my favorites in the city....
The quality of their breads, pastries and prepared food is good, consistent and of quality. There are several around the city, this particular one is located in the Atwater market.
I love their croissants, cakes and baguettes. If you have never been to one, please try it...you will not be disappointed.
For the newbies, the system is a bit confusing...
- If you want to buy pastries, you must pull out a number and stand in line until your number is called.
- If you want to buy prepared food, there is not need to pick a number, just stand in line in front of the counter
- If you want to buy bread, stand in line.....sometimes this line gets confused with the pastry line... But I'm sure you will figure it out.. LOL....
