Having recently moved to this area, and having an older BMW, I was concerned with the fact that my "service engine soon" light suddenly popped on. Had a great relationship with the local independent BMW maintenance provider in Monterey, and was at a loss as to whom to go to locally. Yelp reviews for Highline were great, so I gave them a call on a Sunday nite and left a voicemail.
My call was promptly returned by Charlie just after they opened Monday, and I brought it in to figure out which error code(s) triggered the light The problem was diagnosed (with much tenacity by Wes and Josh), and parts were ordered, with the assurance that the car was OK to drive safely until parts arrived. Repair was done, and all is well. Wes and Charlie (as well as Josh and Jon) were totally professional, and Highline exceeded my expectations.
