I was in Arizona for IMAZ and had the opportunity to stop by the store. Even though I had a checklist of things to bring to be race ready, I still managed to forget a lot of things (namely chamois cream). I was able to get a discounted pro tune (they offered a free shuttle from downtown Tempe to the shop in Scottsdale). Even with the influx of athletes in town, Corbin (head mechanic) and a few guest wrenches were able to crank out quality work at a rapid pace. I also attended the pre race kick-off party, apparently I wasn't the only one that got the memo, I think there were close to 200 people there (saw Heather Jackson and Lionel Sanders at one point).
Next time I'm in town, I'll stick around the shop a little more and maybe hop on a Wahoo to take Blake's KOM's.
Overall, great experience, next level shop that has the highest level of service.
