I'm only giving two stars for convenience of location. It took the guy almost an HOUR to get my faxes. The first one came with no problem. Then when the second one was starting to come through, he starts to send a fax (which I think messed up the process). So I had to call the person again and have them resend it. Which we waited for 30 mins! As much money as this store makes, they should have multiple and up to date fax machines instead of the Jurassic machine they have. It rings as if the ax is coming through, then nothing. This happened 3 times before we got anything. Won't use this store ever again
