This gym sucks. I signed up, paid for full year membership up front for me & my husband, then they turn around & apply it to a previous membership that was sent to collections...11 YEARS AGO. I tried to explain I cancelled that membership because I moved overseas for College and they said they had no record of it. I said I could still prove I was overseas with my passport but the said it was too late. No shit, this was 11 YEARS AGO! They're crazy thinking I'll pay on an old collections account that is off my credit report - only to have it appear again as a negative. HA! Bad customer service, I guess they're desperate for money. Did someone say Credit Card dispute. YEP!!
