Came downtown w a friend to see all the new stuff Cleveland has to offer. We stopped in here for a sweet treat. The place is dirty. None of the tables were wiped down and some of the stools were broken. Seeing as though the cupcakes are colossal, my friend and I decided to split one. We decided on the Samoa. We needed something to wash it down with so we got a water from the cooler..the cooler was not turned on so the young woman working the counter offered us cups with ice..begrudgingly...she did not give us napkins, plates or silver ware, knowing we were planning on splitting said cupcake..she seemed like she wasn't very happy at her job and was not pleasant at all. Not good for our newly booming tourism business our city is so desperate to revive...save your money and time and get a sweet treat at the beautifully restored Heinens grocery store a block away...btw..the cupcake was dry and just ok..not worth the money or the calories..
