I spoke with someone at the company, not a service, and explained what I needed. I was told I could have a plumber over fairly soon, and was given a 2 hour window. The plumber called ahead and let me know he was coming. He explained what was needed and the cost of everything. I agreed and left to get parts and did everything in about an hour, and left everything neat. I was satisfied and would use again.
