I've never had a good experience here. It's always lacklustre, even painful.
When I wanted my hair short, they never got it short enough.
The student stylists tamely snip at small bits and aren't capable of adding any shape to the cut.
On one particularly bad occasion (and my last visit there), the student was a middle aged woman out to try a second carreer. She was terrible at it.
Her neck massage technique was very rough and she caused me a lot of pain.
I physically recoiled and told her to stop and she insisted the massage would be nice.
No lady. Just no.
That 'massage' has caused extreme sensitvity on the left side of my neck (the tissue there is physically softer than my right side) and I experience motion sickness now years later because of it. Yes, I saw a doctor and an RMT about this.
Have not and will not ever go back to this salon.
