I may have to start going to a different McDonalds. Maybe Mesa or more north Scottsdale. 4 people who came in after me got served before me, 3 burgers, 1 chicken, also all fries. I ordered a double burger, chicken and fry. They apparently gave my burger to someone else which I've never known anyone to order the way I do. Then they give me a single burger and so I go return that, hear the manager say that's someone elses but I doubt it cause I was watching their orders. Also there were less people in the drive thru than inside as I was watching that too. So they either input it wrong or pulled that order out of their... Hat. I got a "sorry!" as the staff rushed away but no upgrade or free fry or coupon... That time Mcdonalds screwed up this bad they gave me a punch card (which makes me spend MORE, so it helps them) or they put your name in a book and next time you get like a free fry (still buying something usually). Why has management slipped all of a sudden? Is it the kitchen? It's nearing a rush but god damn surprise me by throwing a punch card in there, gain brand approval. Geez.
