I paid $15 for a 30 second hair trim. I was told when I called that I would get wash with this price, however I did not. I do not know who cut my hair as she didn't even introduce herself. The customer service was overall lacking with this person. I would try to start a conversation and she would have one word replies. However, with seeing the other hair stylists with their customers I know they are not all like that. Also when I called to complain that I didn't get a wash but was charged for it, they said that I should've said something to the hairstylist. Which I didn't know I have to remind her how to do her job. They said they could not help me at all. Will not go back. The cut was okay. All I got done was a trim however.
