Vanessa in the office is either young or hasn't been trained very well. She says she will call back never does, I call again and she acts as if she has no idea whats going on or who I am. I get the company can be busy, but at least act like you are confident and know what you are talking about and return calls if you say you are going to even if you don't have an answer call back and explain you don't have an answer yet. Sheesh.
