Worst of the worst. They don't keep the place secure, which results in gang-bangers trying to take over the property -- until I chased them off with my .45. Hot water? Forget it! It gets shut off all the time with no notice and often stays that way for days. Maintenance? Forget it. This Pinnacle has let the place get run down and does virtually nothing by way of basic maintenance. If you want your condo community to become a ghetto fixture, by all means, hire Pinnacle. If you want your place kept up and secure, find anyone else.
