We always have used the call ahead option. It saves you the wait time. There is minimal wait while checking in. The staff, nurses, and doctors are great. I broke my rib falling from a ladder just before Christmas and they got us right in and they we're able to do x-rays at the facility. I really appreciated this, since it was painful to even move. There was a 24 hour CVS close by so it made filling prescriptions pretty quick and easy. My daughter had strep throat this last weekend. I tried to get her into her pediatrician, but they were booked up. I called Dignity Urgent Care and did the call ahead program. We waited maybe 5 minutes in the lobby after checking in. They diagnosed her and we were able to get her started an antibiotics instead of waiting until the pediatrician opened on Monday and being miserable until then. Dignity cares about their employees and hires the best. I can't think of one person over the years that hasn't been great. We drive from West Mesa to this location because they are awesome; passing numerous other urgent cares along the way. We've never had a problem with billing or insurance, everything has been great. We will keep making the drive because they are professional and kind.
