I put 4 stars instead of 5 because of the price, but it isn't bad considering the location. I've been here for nearly a year now. My neighbors are respectful and nobody in my building makes a bunch of noise. The workout room is fine (despite some fools that stole the free weights) and available 24/7. Two pools on site. I personally have had no gripes with the front office. There was a miscommunication regarding a charge to rent, but it wasn't an occurring issue. Of course you have issues like other complexes do (some residents that don't cleanup after their dog, people that own loud cars), but I like it here. Right behind Arrowhead Mall (on the theatre side) and multiple dining & grocery options nearby. Word of advice: make sure you have blackout curtains if your apt (specifically bedroom) faces the sunrise or sunset.
