It's one thing to be busy and another to be rude to the customers... I left my truck there for an oil change and car wash, I showed the attendant as I first pulled up the coupon I would be using from my GeoQpons app directly on my smartphone, he told me to just show it to the cashier when I was ready to cash out. I let him know that I would be going across the street to Kohls and advised that it would be ready in 30 minutes. I went to Kohls and came back 35 minutes later. I went to the cashier, and when it was my turn up, I let her know that I was picking up the Mazda, she said with an attitude "Oh there you are..." I told her that we went across the street, and she responded with "We've been paging you." Next I showed her the coupon on the app and she didn't want to accept it because I needed to print it out, I told her that the coupon or no where in their section of the application do they give a disclosure to bring in a printed copy of the coupon and that the attendant did not tell me that either after I showed it to him. She pretended to rustle around to find a coupon and she did and used it. When she gave me my oil change paper work to sign off, she threw the pen at me. My fiance piped up and she said that she was sorry but she was busy, he told her that he understood (he's a sales manager) but that does not give her a chance to be rude to people. She was rude, short with the customers, and made my experience there horrible. Not even getting started on the bad job they did with cleaning my car.
