Really about a 2 1/2. We t to Academy on the recommendation of my real estate agent. Probably a mistake. The loan officer never met me even once throughout the whole process. Everything was on the phone or via email. I even took papers to his office 4'times and he was never there - not in yet, went to the gym, is in the bathroom, etc. not very professional. Did everything get done on time? Yes. For me, that's the minimum I have a right to expect. Fees are expensive compared to my eight other purchases, but this is the first in Arizona, so maybe they are in line with the area. I'm just disappointed that my loan officer seemed to work overtime avoiding me. I can't recommend this company.
