I was thrilled to find this truck parked by the Grist House brewery in Millvale on St Patrick's Day because what better than yummmmmy mac n cheese and fries on a cold night when you've knocked back a few beers, right! I love that they keep their menu simple - Mac and Cheese and you can choose what you'd like in it - crab, sausage, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes are among some of their options. It comes in 2 portion sizes, and my friend and I comfortably split the regular sized mac n cheese between us. I'd definitely recommend trying the rosemary flavored fries, although it was a bit salty. Overally, they were quick, efficient and totally hit the spot for me. Way better than bar food. Oh and the combination of those crunchy breadcrumbs over that gooey cheesy bed of pasta...touché!
