If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is the worst! It's dirty and the service was crappy. For a place that is supposed to specialize in relaxation, my experience was stressful. The pedicure service was short. No exfoliation, no hot towel, no salts or soaps. My feet feel the same as they did when I went in. The chair I had was broken and the manager said he would fix it or find another chair but he left and never returned. I expected to lay back, get a chair massage and pedicure. Instead, I had to sit with my knees bent uncomfortably while I watched everyone else relax comfortably. The manicurist did a decent job on the pedicure, but the service was so terrible that I would not return again nor would I recommend this place to a friend.
