Worst experience ever!! After waiting in line for an hour, I was told that the vehicle I had booked two weeks prior was not available because it was given away. The remedy: Pay Dollar another $200 bucks above the rate I was given for another vehicle for one day and then return that truck for the one I had booked the next day. Despite a greeter at the beginning of the line, never announced that they were out of minivans or asked if anyone was in line with a reservation for one. Would not offer to pick up the vehicle and bring me the one they gave away. Went to the Hertz counter at the same location, all set in 10 minutes with the same vehicle I wanted. Cost an additional $30 for the weekend, worth every penny to be treated like a customer over a nuisance. Don't use Dollar.
