As much as people like to think they can fix most home problems themselves with youtube and a trip to the hardware store, they can't. After years of working in lodging management and seeing lots of "maintenance" employees screw up small jobs I understand the value of skilled tradesmen and women. Today, after exhausting my at home options (which wasn't many) to clear a backed up kitchen drain I called F1 to do a professional job. Daniel just left and the problem is fixed and I feel confident that it was done right. While he was here he didn't just fix the problem, but he also tightened up a bunch of stuff I didn't ask him about, and gave me preventative maintenance tips to keep things running smoothly in the future. As well, Daniel was a rad guy to talk to and my dogs didn't get sketched out by him, which is usually a sign of a decent person. Other plumbers I've met through work or other avenues have all been dopey schlubs. Daniel, I'd say, actually cares of his work and his customers. Trades are underrepresented here on yelp, which may actually be a good thing if only good ones like Daniel and F1 show up when you're looking for a plumber... that way you don't waste your time with some clowns messing you stuff up.
