Seriously, when was the last time you did any home improvement project and everything went smoothly? We had such a terrific experience last spring with Southwest Blinds and Shutters that we decided to use them again! It is so refreshing to deal with people who listen to what you want, provide an excellent product, and deliver when promised but at the same time respect your need to stay within a budget or break up a large project into smaller ones. They are clear from the beginning on order time so if you are looking for overnight blinds, go somewhere else. I am telling you, however, that the wait is worth it. We couldn't be happier with our shutters - such a beautiful difference they make. Thank you to everyone who helped us, but special thanks to Miranda for offering her opinion on the best look for our windows and to Robert for installing them. Just wish we had more windows!!
