Terrible customer service!! I called several weeks ago to make a reservation for Mother's Day. I was put on hold for several minutes. The woman eventually told me that she would take my number and call me back. She didn't. I called back a couple days later to be told that I would have to be put on a list because I had a party of more than 5. She proceeded to tell me that I would get a call in about a week letting me know if I would get the reservation or not. Two days before Mother's Day and still no call!
