The only reason I gave it one star is because zero stars is not an option. I had the WORST time ever. It was because of the bees they were everywhere!!!! We payed a lot of money to get passes and we even used our guest passes. We could not escape them , we tried to eat our over priced meals and the swarmed all of us. We ended up throwing our meals away because of the bees what a waste. There were even some dead bees in the pools and all over the floor. Not to mention there was some garbage on the floor and there was a cup full of bees under my chair by the wave pool.
We did not even stay there that long. I tried to read a book for a while, and I could not even focus enough to Finnish ONE page come on. I mentioned it to guest services and they had no idea there were any bees. Then I went to a manager and told her, nothing happened. It was THREE hours before anything happened and that was when a janitor discovered a swarm in a trash can. We finally left because the bees were so overwhelming.
We also went in the lazy river more like dirty river. There was floating bandaids along with clumps of hair, HAIR! How gross. The kids went in the kids area and it has gotten so trashed. Some of the nets they walk on high up were ripped they could of fallen through and injured themselves. Also most of the water features don't work anymore. I suggest if you are looking into getting passes next season you go and check it out first because if they do not fix these problems by next year the water slides will be falling apart and the pools will be toxic. I don't think I will ever buy a pass again and I will strongly urge anyone considering buying one to not do it.
