I am a 30 year veteran of veterinary medicine having started working in hospitals in 1985. Caring Hearts has impressed the socks off of me. They use low stress handling on every patient no matter if the client is present or not. The doctor and the techs have a lot of knowledge about animal behavior and have a personal goal of making the animal calm and the visit a positive experience. As an AAHA accredited hospital they practice medicine to the highest standards and are routinely inspected by the association. The place is immaculate front and back. The staff is good at communication and estimates are given before all services. Having visited and worked in many hospitals in my very experienced opinion this is one of the best.
