Update: My install is now done and they exceeded my expectations! Everything was clean, installed properly and they even set up the sound for me! It looks better than the original system even looked. Highly recommend!
I haven't even had my install done yet but I'm so impressed with these guys I know it will be done right. I managed to crack the screen on my factory touchscreen in a 2016 Outlander. Rather than put another useless factory system in, I started looking around for aftermarket options. After getting a few other quotes, which were all over the place, I was referred to Handcrafted. Desiree answered the phone and answered every question I threw at her. I know they prefer to do a quote in person, but I couldn't drag my kids to yet another shop and she was totally understanding of that. I decided they were probably going to have what I wanted and went in to schedule and pay. She took the time to demo the unit for me, answer more questions, and even gave me a tour of their awesome shop. Extremely professional, clean and organized shop. Their demo units WORK! You'd think that would be a given.
I'll be honest, Desiree sold me. After talking to men at other shops who seemed to think replacing a car stereo was above my comprehension level, it was nice to be spoken to like an intelligent adult. One even told me to go home and talk to "the husband."
As far as pricing, their pricing is solid for the quality you get. They aren't the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but you absolutely get what you pay for here.
