Horrible,unprofessional,and left us with no room. We get to the motel and the man says they cancelled our reservation...and we even called 20 minutes before arriving, saying we would be there and he said our reservation still stands.Then he says we are in luck and we got the last room.
WRONG!We get the room and I felt that it was sketchy that the lights were already on in the room.I opened the door slightly and the bed sheets were messed up as if someone was already in the room.I open the door more and no one is there, but the blankets and pillows are a mess, heater is on, trash in can, dirty towels on the floor, and when my husband flushed the toiler, the toiler water flooded all over the entire bathroom!
We call the front desk and the man says the janitor marked the room as cleaned.Later he says the person in the room before us clogged the toilet and they moved him.So he gave us the dirty, unfixed, used room.He tells my husband he has no more rooms and luckily we get our refund.He also tells my husband that there is a vacant next door and to run there.My husband had no choice and literally had to run to get the room(which was NOT right next door).
