I can't speak to this particular Giant Eagle as I live in the South Hills, but I will say that I am terribly unimpressed with this grocery store chain. First and foremost, their customer service is seriously lacking. For what they charge for groceries, I would expect a higher level experience at the grocery store. I relocated from the south where Harris Teeter was the upscale grocer and offered the complete package of price, selection AND service. This whole Giant Eagle stuff is enough to make me want to move back!
