Total scam of course. Tech that showed was totally unprofessional, rude, scary. Said world's be $200 instead of the living social deal of $24 because our Grout was not clean and was soiled. My question was if my Grout wasn't soiled, I wouldn't need you. Called number, talked to jason the owner, who was also rude. Said fine print said soiled Grout is extra. I said so what does the $24 deal get me? He said will clean your Grout but if soiled /dirty, is extra. ($200). Total scam, avoid. Should be reported to BBB. And shame on me for not reading reviews. Will be disputing the $24 charge with my credit card. Total waste.
