Took 3 pair of shoes a couple years ago and to date they are in great shape. Today, I stopped in to see if a hook on the strap of my Coach leather handbag could be repaired. (Coach wanted me to ship the strap AND handbag plus $20 repair free and said it would take about 6 weeks.) The very friendly gentleman there repaired it in less than 5 minutes and said the only payment he'd accept was a smile. I tried paying for the service, but he said, "just a smile, and come back and see us...". Well, I'll be back for certain. Maybe it was such a small and easy fix there wasn't much to charge me, but I left feeling like someone really did the nicest thing just to do it - and it's rare these days to feel like that. Go to this shop for repairs - people like him should be the ones to get our business!
