The customer service has picked up since my last review. I feel valued and appreciated, unlike my first visit. Maybe the business was having an off day, however the customer is what keeps business a float. The service department has taken even better care of my vehicle. They listened to what I said about my vehicle and made me aware of an issue. They didn't say I better fix it or else. They allowed me to make the decision and I appreciated that. Hopefully they can earn a higher rating with more interactions, but for now they've done enough for me to update my review!
