Do not know what any 1 star review is talking about. With very short notice I called them today and Kate was very helpful. I ordered an arrangement and I was able to pick it up 20 minutes after I ended my call. Other than the inviting and warm staff, the store itself was very welcoming too. They had my order ready to go right when I walked in. They looked EXACTLY like the pictures I saw online. Completely satisfied. Looked even better in person, actually.
They also give you a card holder and about 9 different card options. Kate was super dope, she gave me a box for my vase and gave me some tips on how to secure my flowers in my passenger seat without crushing any of them.
I'll have to give them a few more visits before I declare them my go-to florist for all occasions, naturally. But first impressions are everything to me when it comes to businesses, and they've left an excellent one.
