Wow, it seems like the neg reviews are specific to the copy/print center. I, on the other hand, have had no issues yet but rather positive experiences every time I need to pick up work items. I absolutely agree with a previous review who gave a shout out to Jerry, one of the managers. He has more knowledge in his pinky fingers than most OM staff. I'm always greeted upon entering and Jerry knows his stuff. He's personable, friendly, and a great asset to the store. He appreciates loyal and repeat customers and because of that, I'm a Staples customer for life! Thanks Jerry and the fine staff at the Fulton Ranch store!!!
