Dr. LALANI is excellent and a pleasure to deal with. He is kind and gentle and explains everything in detail and takes his time with you. His nurses are wonderful and caring! His back office staff is HORRIBLE! I have been a patient for 3+ years. No one returns phone calls, they don't forward medical records when asked multiple times, and the turnover is ridiculous. They can barely keep a staff and have no idea who is coming or going. You can never get the same person on the phone twice. They are rude and talk down to you and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
