They lied and told us we needed new parts that we didn't need. They walked into the garage, looked at our spring and said "that spring is shot you need a new one" and continued to tell us how everything was broken and needed to be replaced which would cost at least $1500. We later found out they were lying when we got a second opinion. The other company fixed everything and got our door working for under $200. The spring was fine, pulleys were find and it turned out they were flat-out lying to our faces. Precision is not just bad, they will actually rip you off.
