Rice was my go to spot because of the the gluten-free soy sauce. And the accommodation of the chefs and waitstaff to me being Celiac among other my other food allergies. I usually order the crab cake, which was made without breading *heaven*. I took a guest there because I know that I will be able to eat something tasty from the menu and everyone in the party would be able to find something equally as satisfying. This time was different they told me the crab cake was no longer gluten-free(gf) :-(( and was not able to be made gf. So I moved on to the sushi, easy peasy, when the rolls arrived it seemed as if because I said no crumbs/cucumber the sushi chef took it as an insult. The roll was loose and I was a little disappointed with the taste. Nothing like the awesomeness of my previous experience. Then my guests questioned me as to why I would choose such a place knowing my food allergies lol
