So today I did not bring my lunch and debating on what food truck was posted outside my workplace. For whatever reason the sound of a Philly type of cuisine just sounded right! The menu is simple with your cheesesteaks and sliders which is nice when you are in line at a food truck. I went with the rib-eye slider, topped with provolone cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. I did like the fact that the food came out in under 5 minutes. The taste of the beef brisket was delicious, but the other toppings seemed very dry and guess "naked" when it comes to a brisket slider. I expected to have sauce included to make the slider juicy, otherwise this was a nice light lunch meal with lots of flavors.
