hello, i just wanted to share my thoughts about my last experience at your location- i came in at 8.30am on 10-03-12 and was assigned kailyn to do my bikini, full legs and eyebrow- she was a really nice person, but out of all the members i was assigned over the years, i was really disappointed with the results of the bikini & legs service. she sarted with the brazilian bikini and at the same time was applying some wax on my legs (i didnt mind both services at teh same time) but it felt like she was all over the place- applying on the bikini line, then bottom of the legs, then top of the legs (halfway)then toes...the waxing technique did not have any structure. so i decided to wait until she was done- she finished my brazilian (didnt apply the serum-like usual previous visits) then she proceed to the rest of the legs (front) -she told me to turn around, and as i was about to, i realize she did not do my knees- so i catch her attention on that- she proceeds- i then turn around so she can do the back of my legs. same thing, all over the place from one leg to the other (arent you suppose to do section after section?) i mean im not a technician but i have logic. well, as she is done with the legs she is about to do my eyebrows- then i examine my legs and notice a bunch of spots were there was still hair. so i ask her to apply more wax here and there- again, no application of lotion or cream- after the eyebrows which also needed some extra tweezing, i was done with my session, legs burning and brazilian sticky by the wax. i spent 1.5hr and was not ready to stay longer as i had other appointment, but i felt that the service was not up to the $76 paid (for eyebrows & full legs, as i have a pay plan for the brazilian)i really hope we can give kailyn some extra technique to be up to european wax standards-even after i still had some hair spots on my legs- i dont think i will try to wax my legs again as it was literally a waste of money and time- but besides that everyone is really nice and the place is clean- no pain either :))
