I had a horrible time from start to finish. They treated me like a criminal because I have a common name and the criminal didn't even look like me at all, they knew about me having to go clear my name so the lady lied to me and said she was going to hold the apt and in the same day she gave it away and they went up on the price on three day when everything got process and went threw, they give you an option to pay 1000$ or pay 400 but if you pay the 400 you don't get it back but ether way you loosing money, everything was breaking down at one point I gave up, but the lady excuse is these appt is old, i don't care how old they are if somebody moving in your complex make sure everything is up to date especially for the price you offering. The parking is horrible, I'm not Even over exaggerating, you may have to park at the front or somewhere really far from your appt. my sister recommended these to me I would not recommend these to anyone else unless you don't care how far you have to walk or how much you have to pay for a broke down appt
