I first went to this store in order to get properly fitted for a bra. The appointment went well and I came away with a basic bra that fit well (as I had chosen). The bra was on the more expensive side, but I was OK paying that much if the quality was there. Unfortunately, within a month, a piece on the bra broke (attachment for strap). I contacted the shop right away by e-mail (I was out of town for a while) and they immediately took my complaint seriously. It seems the company had a problem with manufacturing, and the store followed-up on this. Because they could not get a guarantee from the manufacturer that there would be no defect, they gave me a brand new bra but indicated I could return it if it broke again. Thankfully, this new one lasted, and i went along with my business. A few months later, the store contacted me again to say that the manufacturer had finally guaranteed the bras like the one I had bought to be without further defects. They proposed to send me a new one again (one with a guarantee of no defect). This is top-notch customer service, and I am surprised by other people's experiences with problematic bras. I would recommend SFYS for both fitting and finding high quality bras, as well as for personalized customer service. Thanks in particular to Marie!
