The lobby and rooms are about what you'd expect in a retail location, however the 50 minute hot stone massage I received from Kelley was comparable, if not better, than any place I've been. This would include Ballantyne Resort, the Venetian in Vegas, and far beyond Massage Envy and the sorts.
She incorporated those stones into the massage with thoughtful precision, adjusting the heat and pressure as needed. Her technique was well formed, given her 7 years of experience, and felt artistic in some ways.
For someone who has a stressful professional occupation this was an exceptional experience.
