Easy and painless process. I was worried that getting my card in AZ was going to be a huuuge hassle, but it wasn't....at least, not here. The staff is knowledgable and they walk you through the process from start to finish in a fast and efficient way. They were also understanding with my appointment set ups as in, it was easy to set up my appointment-- I had to unfortunately reschedule twice for my initial appointment because I had to constantly fly in and out of town for work that month, but it all worked out with no trouble.
