I went here to try on dresses for the first time after getting engaged. They added me in for a walk-in appointment because I didn't make one ahead of time. I tried on several dresses and the bridal consultant Irene was extremely helpful. She listened the entire time pulling new dresses as I decided what I like or didn't. At the end of the day I decided to wait and she was super supportive, gave me her card and said when I was ready to come back.
Some months later I went to David's Bridal near by. My experience there was completely the opposite. I had actually purchased a dress and was completely unsatisfied with it, and the customer service I received. So I returned it and went back to Alfred's.
Again, Irene helped me, and with more of a clear vision we were able to find the perfect dress! It was in my price range, and amazing quality for the price. During my second experience I again was offered nothing but patience, respect and support. I really feel like they value their customers and want them to truly find the right dress.
Overall, I would recommend this store, and Irene, to anyone and EVERYONE. It really made my dress shopping a memorable experience.
