I gave gave Pep Boys a second chance after a bad experience i had years ago when i had an appointment for them to work my car. That first experience they didn't even look at my car and didn't even call to let me know they were behind. This time I ordered tires online only to find that they had no intention of even being close to their estimated delivery date. No more chances for Pep Boys.
