I was calling Audi Downtown Toronto and happened to find myself on Yelp. I was surprised by the mixed reviews. This is a fantastic car dealership! The best I have ever experienced (and we've always had high end cars - BMW, Land Rover, Audi). I have leased a Q7 and Q5 from them and am impressed by all aspects of the organization - sales, finance, service/repairs, customer service. It's a luxurious environment and the staff is very professional. As a middle-aged woman, they are a bit too pretty at the front desk but that is beside the point :)!
I am disappointed that they've done away with loaner Audis when the car is being serviced. They still provide the free shuttle but it definitely isn't the same. I suspect that was a decision of Audi Canada and not the dealership but I hope they bring the loaners back. These great cars don't have to be serviced often so I can't imagine it is a huge expense given the good will it creates.
