The Hummus Factory is the perfect place to have a quiet lunch by yourself or to catch up with an old friend. Each time I have visited, they are never overcrowded and the service is always amazing. I never know what to order when I eat out and they are never short on suggestions.
Today we tried the jalapeño hummus, which is all the yum! I love spicy food and thought the jalapeño was relatively mild so I ordered the ghost pepper hummus to take home to my fiancé. YIKES! The flavor is amazing but shortly after your first bite, the ghost peppers smack you right in the face. I'll stick with the jalapeño next time. I also ordered a greek salad with salmon and split it with my friend. The salmon was fresh and cooked perfectly. The salad was gigantic! Needless to say, we came hungry and left satisfied.
I'll definitely keep coming to The Hummus Factory!
